How do I use One autoresponder campaign for all 4 types of squeeze pages?

Since there is only one link available to your Aweber account, or to your GetResponse account (per squeeze page control panel), how do you handle managing all four types of squeeze pages / ebooks when they all feed into the same autoresponder campaign?
===== SOLUTION ======
The best way to handle that for now would be to make the first message they receive "Generic" in nature. Meaning, don't specify the actual book name in the email subject or body.
Then you can include all 4 ebook links in the email.
You simply position the other 3 ebooks as "bonuses" like this:

Hi name,
Thanks for opting in to request your free eBook. As a bonus I've also included 3 other eBooks that will help
you build your business online.
