Modifying Billing Info on Recurring Orders

Any changes to the billing information on your recurring order needs to be done by 2checkout, and requires you to contact them directly.

This applies to any changes such as:
- email changes
- credit card changes
- reactivating your subscription if it gets canceled for any reason.


This is what 2checkout says:

For privacy and security reasons, billing information on recurring orders can only be changed by the customer. If you wish to change or update the billing information on a recurring order, please open a support ticket or call Customer Care anytime. Our Customer Service team is available 24 hours a day.
