Tips to Getting Support Faster
The more information you provide with your helpdesk ticket, the easier it is for a staff member to find your information and answer your question.
First, log in to your members area and go to your "Profile" menu and fill in the blank fields and save the changes. Your last name helps to distinguish you from other members who share your first name. :-)
Be sure to include the following information with your question:
1. Your full name
2. Your InstantMLMSqueezePages.com (IMSP) member number (log in and click "Profile" menu to get this information if you dont know it
3. The email address you use to log in to IMSP with
If your question relates to billing issues, also include:
4. your 2checkout sales id number (should be on your receipt)
If your question relates to setting up your squeeze pages, also include:
5. The username that you created when you completed Step 1
Finally, be sure to provide enough detail in your question that the support person understands what you are asking. If you encountered a problem after doing this and this and then this, tell them the process you did before you got stumped or had the problem. Be specific. This step. This field. This URL. etc.
Our goal is to help you as quickly as we can, but we need your help to be able to do it. If we aren't given enough information to find your membership or your order, or if we don't understand your question, then we will have to ask you for more information before we can figure out how to resolve the issue.
