Because Facebook is always making improvements to the Power Editor and Ads Manager, it can be frustrating to keep up. In this video, I’ll show you how to create Facebook Newsfeed eligible ads using the Power Editor. In the past we had to create Unpublished Page Posts or “Dark Posts” to create this type of ad. Now it’s easier! Enjoy.

June 3, 2015Thanks James, very helpful. I took your suggestion about using Qwaya. Does Qwaya eliminate the need to use Power Editor and do you still recommend that service or can I get the same functionality with Power Editor?

June 3, 2015Hey Jackson,
Qwaya is a great tool! I still use it everyday. You can do everything you need to with the Power Editor as well. Qwaya is more of a timer saver when you are testing multiple interests to target because it makes splitting interests into ad sets very easy. Hope this helps.

June 4, 2015I couldn’t keep listening because a movie soundtrack kept playing under/over your voice.
Crazily distracting. Send me some other version would be nice. Thanks

June 4, 2015Soundtrack could have been playing on your computer. There’s no music in this video.

June 4, 2015Hi James,
Thanks for the post. I am currently promoting a software as a service product and I my target market are the customers or potential customers of my direct competitors.
I am finding it very hard to hit my target market with facebook ads because I can’t get to the keyword level. These companies are small so I also can’t target them with the “interests” feature. It would be ideal to be able to target facebook groups but that is not an option with the platform.
My question to you. Do you recommend or know of any software or training that teaches how find a laser targeted audiences at the keyword level using the facebook ad platform?
If so make sure to send over your affiliate link so I can purchase from you.
Cheers,
James Grandstaff
June 11, 2015Hey Jeff, have tried Facebook’s Audience Insights tool? I made a video showing how it works. You can watch it here: http://www.jamesgrandstaff.com/how-to-use-facebooks-audience-insights-to-find-potential-customers/
Let me know if this helps.
